Those errors tend to happen a lot with this new version, but I certainly understand that (given how many I had to respond to after the hurricane). Sometimes it's just too impossible to catch up.

Very understandable, sweetie. Thank you for letting us know. A lot of people just ignore comments and messages as a rule, which I find incredibly rude. However you are most definitely not like that and I'm sure we all know if you don't respond it's for a good reason. You're very sweet to let us know. :hugs:

Well, in all honesty you will probably reach a point in your popularity where responding to all comments and messages will be impossible. What I've seen other artists do when they reach that point is to post a permanent message in their journal that says how they really appreciate all the comments and feedback and that given the sheer volume of feedback you get on a daily basis it is impossible respond to everyone. But that even if they don't get a response know that their comments are read and very much appreciated. ...Something like that. And I think that works really well. So when you do hit that point (perhaps its happened already?) then don't beat yourself up about it or feel bad that you can't respond to everyone. Just realize it's a mark of your success and that it's actually a good thing - shows how popular your work has become and how many people are appreciating your work. I would just suggest a permanent post in your journal explaining why you many not be able to respond.

You know I have been in the same situation and I have a standing "thank you" message I keep in my journal. It says just about the same thing your does lol. I put it up a couple months ago because I just could not keep up.
Now I only thank people who add me or my friends. Of course I answer all msgs but I just can't thank everyone for every fav. You may want to try just having the standing msg. I know alot of my friends all do the same and they assured me it's quite normal.
